On the way up it seemed like it would be a beautiful evening but then the heavens opened&#8230; and stayed open.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a good stiff climb up to the Duke of Sutherland monument, criss-crossing the Highland Wildcat mountain bike trails on the way.<\/p>\n<p>Got some great views despite the weather but it could be fantastic on a really clear day, so I must come back when the weather&#8217;s better.<\/p>\n<p>I put my full waterproofs on just before the top and it chucked it down good and proper for the rest of the walk.<\/p>\n<p>This one&#8217;s going in the Courier in a few weeks, so check out full details there! <\/p>\n<p>Posted with WordPress for BlackBerry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Back home after a soggy walk up Ben Bhraggie this evening.
