There&#8217;s a magnificent view over to Drumnadrochit bay from here with Meall Fuar-mhonaidh rising above Loch Ness.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The RockNess music festival was being set up as I came through Dores so it&#8217;ll be much noisier this time next week!<\/p>\n<p>Oh well, onwards and upwards. I&#8217;m heading for Loch Ruthven next then to Essich via Dunlichity.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bl6.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/IMG00315-20110603-1908.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bl6.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/IMG00315-20110603-1908.jpg?resize=400%2C299\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG00315-20110603-1908.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"299\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>What a beautiful evening! Saw an osprey and a buzzard at Loch Ruthven, then heard a few cuckoos around too.<\/p>\n<p>Still nice and warm and had the breeze behind me for the last few miles.
