The ice climbing<\/a> was fantastic, a real challenge and something a bit different from the usual winter mountaineering I am used to.
\n<\/p>\n

Wearing snow shoes was a bit of a revelation – they aren’t very popular in the UK but they really seem to help conserve energy when you would otherwise be wading through snow. I might return to a bit of this again!<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, I’m getting back to giving my arms and legs a wee bit of a rest before returning to the running this week!<\/p>\n
