On Sunday I enjoyed a fine cycle taking in two ferry crossings, an island adventure on Lismore and a look at parts of the National Cycle Network Route 78 that are already open.<\/div>\n

    I was pleased to see the cycle route put to such use – even on a cold November weekend there were plenty of people out and about using the new paths. We had superb weather for the day trip, which involved just over 40 miles in the saddle.<\/div>\n
