I spent a day with team in Lochinver as part of a training weekend, where they focused on casualty care followed by a familiarisation exercise with the HM Coastguard helicopter &#8211; including practising being winched up and down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the day, I caught up with team leader Tim Hamlet, who shares a bit more about how the team operates, the area it covers and his own dramatic reasons for getting involved in mountain rescue in the first place.
