Ice climbing and snow shoeing

Recovering from a busy weekend of ice climbing on Saturday and ’snow shoeing’ on Sunday – both of which I was trying for the first time.

The ice climbing was fantastic, a real challenge and something a bit different from the usual winter mountaineering I am used to.
